Return and Refund Policy
DermalYouth wants you to have a wonderful shopping experience and be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Return your purchase within 30 days and receive a full refund less shipping. We can only accept unopened cosmetics and/or cosmetic devices for return within 30 days of the purchase date. Defective merchandise may be exchanged for the same item.
- All returned products must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We do not accept returns without an RMA. To obtain an RMA, e-mail us at customerservice@dermalyouth.com and supply your four-digit order number, tell us whether the product is opened or unopened, and provide the reason for your return.
If the product is defective or damaged, please choose between receiving an exchange for the same product or receiving a refund back to your original payment method.
- Once you have an RMA, ship the product back to the address listed on the RMA with a copy of your original invoice. You will need to cover the cost of shipping, unless given alternative instructions from an authorized Returns Representative. Please use base, non-express shipping from a shipping company that can track packages. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
- When your return has been received and processed, we will credit your account and will e-mail a credit receipt to you.
